SHIPPING AND RETURN
Customers can expect their properly completed order to be delivered within 6-15 business days, depending on the final destination. A working day is Monday to Friday excluding weekends and holidays.

 

LATE DELIVERIES
If you have not received your order within the expected delivery time, please contact us, we will get back to you as soon as possible.

CANCELLATIONS
If you want to cancel your order, please email us immediately. Because we process all orders as quickly as possible within 24 hours of placing your order, we are therefore not always able to cancel an order after placing it. Expedited orders cannot be canceled.

 

RETURN POLICY AND PROCESS
Items must be returned within 5 days of the original shipping date in a resale condition (unworn and in the original box). We recommend that you send the package by registered mail as we do not take any responsibility for items not received by our company. Please allow 15 days from the date of return of your product for your account to be credited to the purchase value of your product. The return costs will beyour responsibility

REIMBURSEMENT ON SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS
If we have made a mistake and sent you a wrong order (not the item ordered) we will refund the shipping costs. A copy of your invoice can be requested as proof of purchase.
